Asphalt Laborer
Job Overview:
Black Rock Paving is hiring experienced and entry-level Asphalt Paving Laborers in Milford CT to join our growing team. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard on residential, commercial, and municipal paving jobs across Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford Counties, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and installation of asphalt surfaces

Operate hand tools and rakes to spread and finish asphalt

Clean up job sites and support crew members

Work safely in high-traffic construction zones

Load and unload materials and equipment as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license preferred

Previous construction or paving experience a plus

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather

Job Overview:
Black Rock Paving is looking for reliable CDL Drivers (Class A or B) for local deliveries in and around Milford, CT. Drivers will transport asphalt, aggregates, and equipment to residential and commercial paving sites.

Responsibilities:

Transport materials and equipment to job sites

Safely operate dump trucks and trailers

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain proper load securement

Communicate with project managers and site crews

Requirements:

Valid CDL A or B license
-
Clean driving record
-
DOT medical card required

Experience hauling construction materials preferred

Knowledge of CT roads and routes a plus
